" CVP help me preserve 8 mm movies dating back to the late 1930s. My parent's wedding in 1940 was grayish, grainy, and hard to see in certain portions - you could see they celebrated with a wedding luncheon but not what was on their plates. Frank fixed all of that and more, producing 3 DVDs in all, encompassing weddings, weekends at a dude ranch, family fun in general. These 8mm films would have become more unviewable as time went on and since many of these family members have passed from our sight these DVDs are all the more precious. These DVDs have been played for and enjoyed by so many current family members I have lost track, evoking much laughter, a few tears, and many happy memories."

There are a number of mail-in services that I considered using but the customer reviews of these services are mostly negative. Custom Video Productions, located in Middletown, NJ, is a great walk-in alternative. CVP did a great job on my old cassettes at a reasonable price. They are also personable and easy to work with.
